We first asses the kerb appeal and front of your property. Then walk around the interior room by room, finishing in the garden or outside space. We will offer advice on how best to present your property and
highlight potential problem areas. Some quick fixes and other recommendations may also be made at this time. The aim is to help you gain the maximum potential from your property. No written recommendations are left with you at this time. |
(2hrs plus written report / action plan and room photo’s)
In addition to the verbal consultation a written report and action plan will be prepared. The report and action plan will highlight the recommendations and give a detailed description of any work required.
In addition we may make suggestions on paint colours, room layouts, floor and window treatments as well as lighting.
Some rough costing and room photos may also be included
with this report.
This could be a quick fix - you take photographs of the room or area that requires attention, these can then be emailed or posted to us. Within 7 days we will compile a detailed report and email or post it back to you. |
